Project overview 

  • Aveti was building an e-learning app that would provide supplemental vernacular educational resources for professionals and individuals who are keen on upgrading their skills to learn and grow.
  • The objective was to encourage focused learning anytime, anywhere at the individual’s own pace. Aveti partnered with Pepper Square for the UX & UI design of the Android app.

  • User research, ideation, storyboarding and visual design.
  • Studied user behavior of the target audience to define workflows and interactions.
  • Research involved how professionals actively use social media to learn and grow and continuous learning has evolved for them.
  • Designed interfaces to reflect relevant information, gathered from various learning sources, in structured and easily consumable manner.
  • The sourced information included local events, trainings, workshops, books, online courses, competitions and discussions.
  • The UI addresses the challenges of existing social news platforms such as Feedly, Feedspot and Flipboard.
  • The interface also supported audio format for improved experience.
  • Iterative design approach for faster turn-around and feedback loops from storyboarding to design.
  • Contextually placed actions to avoid ambiguity and increase turn-around time.
